I've just become addicted to sniffing. No, no glue. Soap. We just switched to a different kind of handwash soap, the one at the sink in the toilet. It smells nice. And it's quite strong too, so after washing my hands with it the smell stays with my hand. It started as a quick whiff of my hand, you know... just to see how the new soap smelled. Then I couldn't stop smelling my own hand. Of course, my hand wasn't stuck to my nose the whole time... but I kept occassionally bringing my hand up to my nose to smell it.
Apparently, the name of the scent is "Sea Breeze", according to the label on the bottle. Interesting name... but I don't see how a real 'sea breeze' could smell anything like that. Anyway, the "Sea Breezes" all smell different for different brands of soap. The name's just a marketing ploy I guess.
There also a 'Citrus' smelling soap. It's... tangy (hence citrus). But I still prefer "Sea Breeze". Smells... comforting, somehow. Maybe the "Aromatherapy" on the label isn't just a fancy name, haha.
Still smelling my hand, by the way. Ahhhh....
Ok, enough about soap. TWO DAYS. Two days left to the piano recital. The rehersal's tomorrow. I played quite well during my practice today, I think. I hope. But that's not all I'm worrying about. Another problem- clothes. Aargh. My teacher insists I wear a long-sleeved shirt. I thought, ok, fine... long sleeve, no problem. But I don't have any long-sleeved shirt. I've never worn a long-sleeved shirt before! ...Or have I? Not that I can remember anyway. So I'm gonna wear one of my dad's old shirts. It looks quite nice. Some kind of pale orange. But long sleeves! Aargh.
