Went to COMEX today. Spent 3 hours there. My father wanted to get a digital camera. A small one. "Your one too big, too bulky", he said. In the end, he didn't get any camera. All too expensive for him, haha. Got other things instead. 100 blank TDK CDs for $30. Ran out of blank discs at home. I know that's not the best deal I can get for 100 cds, but I don't wanna end up with 100 unusable discs. Also got an IBM notebook at a very good deal for my Aunt. 512 DDR2 ram, 1.73 ghz, 60gig, Centrino... etc. For $2299.
Went for my Dental Appointment today. Remember my toothache 2 weeks ago? I described it to my dentist, and he said, after checking my teeth (and saying that I brushed fairly well), he said the problem might have been due to wisdom teeth. So he suggested I take an X-ray. On the spot. So I took it. Felt weird. I never took an x-ray before. I know x-rays are harmless, but they're still radiation, y'know. Anyway, I just felt weird after it. A little sleepy. So after a while, the film was developed. Turns out I got 4 wisdom teeth coming out quite soon. The 2 lower ones were facing the wrong way, and so my dentist recommended I get it 'plucked out'. Aargh. I thought I'd never have to spend so much on my teeth, after choosing not to do braces... Anyway, my dentist referred me to a specialist. Gonna consult him soon.
Oh yah, another thing- my dentist told me that with the extraction process, there's a 0.03% chance that I might loose feeling, but not loose control of some parts of my jaw. Including my skin. Woah. When I heard that, I though, "please tell me I don't have to do this..." I'm not a scaredy-cat or anything, but I was thinking- it's really frightening to loose sensation in a part of your face, and maybe your tongue, right? Sigh... Let's hope I fall in the 99.97%.
I dunno if it's psychological or not, but after that trip to the dentist and finding out about my wisdom teeth, the back of my jaw hurts very slightly now. lol
[EDIT] "Why now?! Why do all FOUR of my wisdom teeth decide to come out when I'm still so young?! Why now?! I'm too young to die!!!!!" LOL. Well, I supposed they call them wisdom teeth for a reason ;)
