These past two months of holidays haven't been very good sleep-wise. I think I've been averaging 6 hours of sleep a day. That's really little for me, 'cos I need 8 hours. Or rather, I think I need 8 hours.
I dunno what's changed. In the past, if I slept really late, I'd wake up at 10 or 11am. Recently, though, no matter what time I sleep, I wake up at 8am! I don't get it. Be it 11pm, 12am or even 2am, I always wake up at 8am! If I'm lucky it's 8.30am, but I can't sleep past 9! Well, there was once when I woke up at 11am. I dunno how that happened. But it was probably 'cos I slept at 2.30am. And that was a once-off thing.
I tried drawing the curtains. Maybe it was the sunlight in the morning that woke me up. This time of the year the Sun shines directly through the window onto my bed. I still woke up at 8. So it wasn't a question of sunlight. Or maybe the curtains aren't good enough. It's still pretty bright in the room with the curtains drawn. Lousy curtains...
Lack of sleep....
Less than a week left before school starts. I'd better get my sleeping schedule back to normal. Gonna sleep...
